So rev up that hot little pocket rocket cause Aspyr Media has announced that Call of Duty 2 Pocket PC Edition has gone gold and will be available via direct download and at retail stores by the end of January. Created for Windows Mobile handheld devices and optimized for the new Marvell PXA3xx processor family, CoD2fPPC will attempt to bring the cinematic intensity of first-person WWII shooters to a pocket near you.

Where would OS X gaming be without Aspyr bringing some of the best games to the platform for us poor and under-represented Mac gamers? Nowhere, that’s where! Now, we have Prey to look forward to according to a recent press release from Aspyr. The mystical sci-fi thriller is currently under development by Aspyr thanks to a publishing agreement with Take Two / 2K Games and is anticipating a January 2007 release date.
