EVE Online parent corporation CCP Games has announced that they’ve sold out of all available tickets for their upcoming EVE Online Fan Fest 2006 to be held in Iceland start at the end of this week. Not a bad feat getting over 650 people up to Iceland for a festival dedicated to an online massive multiplayer with less than 150,000 subscribers. Next year they’ll hopefully allow some tickets to be part of an online casino system, where those slow to subscribe may have a gamers chance of winning a ticket or two.

Found your weblog and decided to have a fast look over, not what a typically do but nice one. Good to see a website for a change that isn’t filled with junk and rubbish, and in fact makes some sense. Anyhow, good content.

This is acquiring a bit a lot more subjective, but I significantly prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has a lot more flair, and some cool functions like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see connected albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and one more set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate close to exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” can be fantastic enjoyable, letting you discover other people with shared tastes and becoming good friends with them. You then can listen to some playlist developed based on an amalgamation of what all your close friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Individuals concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you are able to prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so pick.
